Just share a file or folder as you normally would, and the recipient will see your branding in their email notification. Your professional branding will be included every time you share with a direct invitation. Click Remove or Edit next to Brand name and logo or Background image to make changes.Click Choose image next to Background image to select a background image, if you like.Click Set up branding next to Brand name and logo to add your logo and the name of your organization or brand.Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the top-right corner.When someone receives a direct sharing invitation by email or views a shared link, they’ll see the branding elements you’ve added to your account settings.
Note: If you’re a member of a Dropbox Business team, your admin may control branded sharing settings for your entire team. With branded sharing, you can present shared files and folders with your logo, organization name, and a background image, to help establish your professional brand with clients.
